FINANCE ASSISTANT

based at Samuel Ryder Academy

Grade:
H4 (6)

Hours:32.5 hrs per week

Contract:
Permanent - term-time + 5 days INSET + 1 week

Starting Salary FTE:
£21,968 progressing to £23,194

Actual salary:
£17,700 per annum including Fringe
- Pay increase pending

Scholars' Education Trust is seeking to appoint a Finance Assistant to work in our central finance offices, based at Samuel Ryder Academy in St Albans.

We are an experienced team who can offer professional development and onsite training.

You will support the work of the finance team, processing orders, invoices and payments alongside other finance/admin duties associated with working in the finance department.

To be successful, you will need to have proven finance and administrative skills, as well as being self-motivated and well organised.

We can offer excellent local government pension scheme membership with an employer's contribution of 21.65%.
