Site Delivery Project Manager

Salary:
£63,500.00


Panoramic is facilitating the appointment of a Site Project Delivery Manager who can work with a London based Housing Association.

Working on a project in east London, you will act as the technical lead in the construction delivery.


As part of this role, you will help manage building related projects and plan, lead, develop and investigations to a high quality.

You will also manage project consultants and contractors ensuring they are performing in line with requirements and are compliantwith Health & Safety and Fire Safety act, throughout project delivery


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the technical lead, internally and externally, in the delivery of building safety projects (RIBA stages 3 to 7).
  • Ensure projects/schemes meet the funder's requirements and are procured in accordance with financial regulations with robust record keeping in line with audit compliance levels.
  • Proactively manage contract compliance including post contract/performance and service delivery reviews.
  • Commission and manage building safety investigations, analyse the findings and prepare schedules of work to remediate defects.
