Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Rollout Engineer to join their team

ICT Service Delivery are currently in the process of developing and configuring Windows 10 and 11 machines to be provisioned and deployed to the councils Public Network (Libraries, work zones, public internet space).

There is a requirement for two desktopdeployment engineers to assist with the build, provisioning and deployment of the machines across the council s estate.

Technical Desktop tools and management solutions.
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating system
Group Policy configuration and support
Surface/Lenovo devices (hardware)
Public Network (Libraries, Peoples Network)

Responsibilities:

Provisioning and deployment of desktops
General service support daily, managed with HALO (ITSM)
Service Requests managed with HALO (ITSM)
