IT Delivery Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Delivery Manager to join an amazing charity and assist the delivery of their technology services.

The IT Delivery Manager will be expected to go to the Vauxhall, London offices once a week.

As the IT DeliveryManager, you will have experience managing teams, with hands on experience using ServiceNow and ITSM, with proven experience of incident and problem management.

It is essential within this position to be ITIL4 Certified.

As the IT Delivery Manager you will be expected to engage with a wide variety of senior stakeholders as well as third parties, so being a confident communicator is key.

The position also offers the chance to play a key part in the design and delivery ofIT services and department performance, using a range of exciting technologies, allowing the Service Delivery Manager to develop their career at a fantastic organisation.

Skills required for the Service Delivery Manager:

-Experience managing teams

-Excellent communication

-Major incident and problem management experience

Must be ITIL4 Managing Professionnal Certified

Salary:
£55,000 - £60,000 + (excellent benefits)

Vauxhall, London - Hybrid (1 day in office)
