THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive specialising in Villas.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft and brief marketing materials.
- Ensure products and content are being promoted effectively.
- Develop ongoing optimisation of paid search and programmatic campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity.
- Assist with the management of the content plan.
- Drive SEO requirements and improvements through identifying new relevant content.
- Executive advertising campaigns alongside the media agency.
- Pull together direct mail campaigns.
- Develop reports through data analysis tools.
- Drive collaborative campaigns.
- Assist the social media team to promote key products.
THE PERSON
Key skills, experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience within a marketing position.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
- Knowledge of SEO and biddable media best practices.
- Previous experience within the luxury villa market is desirable.
- Desire to learn and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment
