£32k Umbrella

The Role:


As the Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.

You will be key to improving resident satisfaction, building trust and making sure that residents have a home that they're happy in.


Necessities:


  • You will be able to build/maintain good relationships
  • Ability to think on your feet, and solve problems
  • Building trust and keeping promises with residents
  • Two references needed
  • Minimum of 2 year's year's experience within housing officer
