Job Title:
Production Operatives

Shifts:12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off, rotating days & nights - 7:00am to 7:00pm

Ensure all products are manufactured to the correct quality standards and the required rate of production ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

What We Would Like You to Bring to Our Team:

Main duties and responsibilities include:

Health & Safety.

Responsible for the Health and Safety of you and your colleagues.

Quality and Production.

Ensuring all products are manufactured to the correct quality standards and right first time.
Setting up and running machines as directed, when fully trained in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Adhering to all machines/processes layouts as directed.
Checking and ensuring that area of work and workstation is set up correctly and the right SOP documentation is displayed.
Understanding what production requirements need to be delivered through teamworking and communication.

Documentation.

Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time, including personal training records.

Housekeeping.

Keep housekeeping to the highest standard at all times, including all end of shift activity.
Undertake training as required and highlighting any training needs to the Shift Manager.
