JOB DESCRIPTION

Accountabilities:

Contribute to a high-performance culture, taking personal responsibility for achieving individual targets and a high quality of work. Understand how your role contributes to the wider goals of your team, the people we support and wider organisation.

Act as point of contact for the business digitally and face to face. You will triage contacts and escalate them effectively to line managers.

Understand the confidential nature of support provided and act with integrity and discretion at all times, ie mailbox management and executive meeting support for your designated team.

Provide website and social media management, IPC and other office duties and audits. Support the communication of processes, protocols and central materials to those we support.

Be a clear communicator, with regards to rota management, shift pattern changes or feedback.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and your fellow company admin to ensure a flexible response to the senior management needs.


Manage multiple priorities across a front office environment, filing, scanning, shredding, copying and providing a host of organised and supportive administrative duties.

Work actively to support the communication of recruitment, communication and co-ordination of the workforce strategy.

To work with the Calton house team to manage and deal with day-to-day administration tasks to ensure that the company runs smoothly


To promote a caring environment for service users through high standards of professional practice which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of the service users.

To implement the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014

To adhere to all policies and procedures issued by the company, embedding them into good practice across the organisation.

All duties commensurate with your role and responsibilities.

Undertake all mandatory and other identified training to support own development.

Actively contribute to Performance Management and Review process by ensuring participation in performance conversations and completion of appropriate documentation.


Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Proven work experience in either company administration or secretariate role
  • Able to take responsibility and be open and honest with mistakes
  • Good skills in Microsoft packages
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good understanding of the day to day running of a company
  • Good customer service skills with resilience to manage and communicate with challenging individuals
  • A qualification in administration or willing to work towards
  • A selfmotivated individual who is organised, manages their time well is flexible, and caring.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and record keeping
  • Mentally and physically able to cope unde
