Description
Newly created position working for a successful financial services firm with offices in the US and Europe. This role with mange the

Implementation of a new payroll provider as well as covering audit, payroll and financial reporting.


Main duties will include:
Project manage and implement the migration of the payroll to a new outsourced provider establishing on going procedures

Assist in the planning and submissions of payrolls in the other global offices

Ensure third-party vendor billing for payroll - related costs is complete

Manage tax reconciliations

Manage the process for ad-hoc compensation including bonus and deferred awards

Assist in the calculation of HR budgets in each office location


You will have experience of:
Payroll processing and related internal control framework

Excellent background in the implementation of payroll vendors including data transfer and system set up

Deep understanding of benefits tax regulations

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Detailed experience of working with salary budgets
