Description
Shop Supervisor is a key person who shadows the Shop Keeper/ manager to maintain high shop standards by working with the team and ensuring our customers have the best experience for loyalty.
Shop Supervisor works closely with Shop Keeper/manager and is always prepared to cover in the manager's absence.Responsibilities:
- Leading the team to deliver excellent customer service and sales of Asian bridal wear
- To maintain store clean/tidy and in an organised manner
- Ensure Customers are treated well and information is provided about products
- Providing feedback to management on staff performance
- Replenishing stock/deliveries and promotions
- Conducting regular stock checks, reducing outofsession stock
- Making sure current promotion posters, marketing material and banners are displayed as promotion guide for the correct period
- Making sure staff work safely
- Inventory
- Ensuring all new team members are trained and developed to learn new skills to assist customer
- Ensure staff receive full product knowledge; available colours, sizes, making style etc
- Supervisor tasks so that they done
- Organise shift rota
- Taking payments
- Dealing with any complaints & processing refunds/exchanges
- Must have experience in Asian fashion retail
- Advantageous to have experience in Asian wear retail
- Ability to speak English, Punjabi and Urdu
Requirement:
- 2 Years Retail Experience
Salary:
£27,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
