Key Responsibilities:


  • Implementing and creating all social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and etc )
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our brand and increase engagement through paid ads.
  • Create and schedule daily posts across Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
  • Engage with our audience by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content, and connecting with large influencers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  • Analyse social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay uptodate with social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements:


  • Strong experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of TikTok store, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Proven experience with TikTok
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with our audience in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.

Pay:
£30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
