My client is a leading private practice based in Mansfield, now looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.

You will join a firm that provides a broad spectrum of specialist and general legal services throughout the East Midlands.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

£28,000 - £38,000

You'll have previous Residential Conveyancing experience and be confident in handling your own caseload of files. You may be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner.

Duties & skills:

Running your own caseload including sales, purchases, right to buy, leases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and more
You will be expected to deal with all aspects of the conveyancing matter from inception through to completion, working with a range of clients
Secretarial support
Strong communication skills/liaising with clients
IT competent
Be able to support and assist the junior team members as and when necessary

This role is easily commutable from Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
