Our client, a leading US Law Firm is seeking a Help Desk Engineer to join their IT Team on a full-time, permanent basis, where you will be providing IT support to the London and other European offices, providing both remote and deskside support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for colleagues' IT problems
  • Produce shift status reports
  • Run scheduled system tests and perform change control testing
  • Participate in IT projects across the organization
  • Evaluate and test new software and products
  • Maintain inventory control including software upgrades and annual hardware upgrades and replacements

Key Experience:

  • Previous experience in a 1st Line / Help Desk Engineer position would be advantageous
  • Strong experience of Windows Operating Systems
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Mobile Device Support, such as Blackberry, iPhone etc
  • Troubleshooting remote access solutions including VPNs, Citrix, RSA Administration
  • Troubleshooting basic networking issues with knowledge of IP and basic server administration


This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Help Desk Engineer or IT Support Engineer, or a recent IT Graduate who is looking for their first role.
