HR Coordinator

6-month Temp contract

Full time 37 hours per week

Flexible hybrid working available - must be local and willing to travel to Crawley office as required?

Do you have a minimum of 3 years practical work experience in HR? Are you available from January 2023 for a 6-month Temp contract?


Our client, a global leader in their field, is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their HR team on a Temp contract until July 2023.


Main duties will be:

  • Preparation of HR documents such as work contracts, contract modifications, reference letters, onboarding of new employees
  • Entering new employee details onto Workday
  • Preparing files and inputting payroll information to support the payroll team
  • Answer queries on the business benefits and providing basic policy information
  • Ensure timely and accurate administration of the employee hire to retire process
You will come with a minimum of 3 years HR Administrator/ Coordinator experience. HR systems experience is required, any background in using Workday would be a distinct advantage.

Excellent attention to detail is essential and you must be confident workingautonomously and using your initiative as you will be working remotely a lot of the time with mínimal supervision.
