HR Coordinator
6-month Temp contract
Full time 37 hours per week
Flexible hybrid working available - must be local and willing to travel to Crawley office as required?
Do you have a minimum of 3 years practical work experience in HR? Are you available from January 2023 for a 6-month Temp contract?
Our client, a global leader in their field, is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their HR team on a Temp contract until July 2023.
Main duties will be:
- Preparation of HR documents such as work contracts, contract modifications, reference letters, onboarding of new employees
- Entering new employee details onto Workday
- Preparing files and inputting payroll information to support the payroll team
- Answer queries on the business benefits and providing basic policy information
- Ensure timely and accurate administration of the employee hire to retire process
Excellent attention to detail is essential and you must be confident workingautonomously and using your initiative as you will be working remotely a lot of the time with mínimal supervision.
