We are a leading company in the steel perimeter fencing industry, known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications and performing quantity takeoffs for select trades.
  • Be knowledgeable about steel perimeter fencing products, prices, and installation methods.
  • Coordinate with the project management team to develop a schedule of values for billing purposes.
  • Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality, or availability of materials.
  • Effectively determine the bid strategies required for the company to be successful.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an estimator or similar position.
  • Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
  • In depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of software like Timberline or HCSS HeavyBid.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
