Description
We are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Assistant to speak both German and English.


Main Purpose of role:


  • Dealing with customer quires on our system and translating replies from English to German and German to English.
  • To deliver customer service / excellence in all aspects of supporting the clients customers over the phone and in writing in both English and German.
The Multilingual Consultant will report into the German Team Leader.


You should have:


  • A natural ability to communicate and empathise
  • A confident and professional manner
  • A real willingness to help a customer with their challenge
  • The desire to have fun at work
**Salary:
- **£11 per hour, 40 hours per week.

**Location:
Main Office is in**London, Canary Wharf.

**Hours:
- **40 paid hours per week.

**Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday 8am 5pm**
