About the Personal Assistant to the General Manager role:
Are you an experience Personal Assistant looking for a permanent, part-time position in Hemel Hempstead?


If so, look no further We are currently looking for a well organised and experienced personal assistant to join our team.

You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager, assisting with all aspects of their role.

This will include diary management, preparing reports, management information, meeting agendas, minute taking, etc, and you will be occasionally required to pick up tasks to make his personal life run smoothly.


There will be some ad hoc office administration duties that you may be required to assist with from time to time, such as facilities, maintenance, and general office admin assistance.


As the Personal Assistant to the General Manager at NACD, your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Organising and maintaining the General Managers' diary.
  • Organising the General Manager's meetings and ensuring the General Manager is well prepared.
  • Screening incoming phone calls, enquiries, and requests.
  • Taking minutes at meetings, as and when required.
  • Meeting / greeting visitors of all levels of seniority prior to their appointment with the General Manager.
  • Assisting the General Manager with the organisiation of paperwork, preparing documents & filing.
  • Making drinks i.e., tea/ coffee/ water, as and when required and preparing and serving meals such as lunch/ snacks.
  • Organising travel for the General Manager, as and when required.
  • Assist with ad hoc personal administration requirements, as and when required.
