Opening Hours and Hybrid Working
The start date for this role is
Monday 16th January 2023.

**Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 8.45am - 6.30pm, as a full-time Advisor you will be working 37 hours per week during these timeframes.

The induction period is 8 weeks, ideally where possible we ask that you don't take holidays during this initial training period.

We offer a hybrid working approach, with the flexibility to work from home and within the Leeds office.

What does the role involve?

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers and putting them first, whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Solving problems with empathy and treating our customers fairly
  • Being the expert about our products and services and being there for our customers when they need us
  • Identifying our customers who are in vulnerable situations and working out how we can best support them
What are we looking for?

  • Passionate people who can deliver exceptional experiences for our customers
  • The ability to listen, empathise and build rapport and understanding with customers
  • Resilience and a calming nature, you'll take time to understand each customer's circumstances and take the right actions
  • The ability to negotiate and handle complaints to deliver fair customer outcomes
  • Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
