Description

Our client is a franchised dealer bodyshop who are currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Advisor/Trainee Estimator.

So if you have experience of service or bodyshop reception, and are looking for a brand new opportunity, then you need to keep reading.

In this job, you will be required to:

Handle customer enquiries.
Book customers in.
Produce job cards.
Assess vehicle damage.
Prepare computerised estimates.
Negotiate with insurance engineers.
Present and sell additional repairs to customers.
Organise parts where required.
Keep customers informed of progress/delays.
Invoice.
Handle payments.
Handover vehicles.
