Ou client and its sister company, specialise in the Design and Build of luxury residential Gardens and Landscape projects in the super prime residential market.

As a company renowned within the industry, they are expected to deliver faultless service standardsto the most discerning of clientele.

Growth of the aftersales and client care division requires the strengthening of the Project delivery teams on site with the appointment of a Site Manager for projects predominantly in West London, but occasionally extendinginto the home counties.

Job Brief

Expansion of the company requires the strengthening of the delivery teams on site with the appointment of a Site Manager for projects predominantly in West London.

Your role will be to create and maintain a positive and pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

As Site Manager your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of your project(s).This will involve managing the workforce, including direct employees, sub-contract labour, agency workers and specialist sub-contractors in relation to steelworks, lighting, water-features, timber fabrication, Arboriculturists and other trades as required.

Key Responsibilities

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00am - 4:30pm

Benefits:

Salary up to £35,000 DOE
