***Role in Brief
Albournes Communications Team is looking for an intern to support/assist the Design Team at the time leading up to our annual client event by creating engaging on-brand graphics for a variety of media, as well as making sure all documentation meets a professional standard to support Albournes branding across the firm.
Insights to the Role
- Creating visual concepts for print and digital marketing material (webinar, LinkedIn posts, etc.) as well as environmental graphics for both virtual and physical events
- Producing collateral for Albournes various departments (e.g. business cards and employee headshot editing)
- Creating digital assets like thumbnails, logos and icon designs for our website and app
- Preparing templates and formatting of documents, presentations and reports created in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and making sure theyre in accordance with our branding guidelines
- Conducting spelling reviews to produce accurate and highquality work
- Ability to work under tight deadlines & manage multiple priorities
- Staying compliant with Albourne compliance procedures and manuals
Who You Are
- Highly proficient at Adobe Creative Suite software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
- Proficient competency in MS Word, PowerPoint and basic MS Excel capabilities
- Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with animation creation is considered an advantage
- Open and clear communicator ready to participate in communication & design group calls
- A creative and innovative thinker
