Maintenance Handyman/woman - Manchester, United Kingdom - Northern Technical Assistance

Description

This varied and interesting role includes the general maintenance of fairly new build apartments across the North West.

You must be honest, reliable and trustworthy with an excellent work ethic. A DBS check will be required.

Working as part of a small maintenance team, you will be required to work on your own initiative most of the time, although full technical back up is provided.

Thinking for yourself is a requirement and at times, thinking outside the box will be an advantage.


General tasks will include:
*General plumbing maintenance, new taps, toilet issues etc.

*Leak tracing and identification

*Changing, replacing and maintaining locks and latches

*UPVC window repairs, adjustments and maintenance

*Silicone work to seal baths, sinks, basins, shower trays etc.

*Replacing smoke alarms, light bulbs and other small maintenance tasks.

Your own basic tools and vehicle are essential but you will be provided with a generous mileage allowance. A minimum of 3 years experience is essential.
