Requirements of our Grounds Maintenance Operative

Grounds maintenance experience including detailing work, hand pruning and watering.
Good plant identification and adept at detecting disease and pests.
Problem solving proactive approach.
Driver's licence and confident with towing.

Desirable but not essential:

CSCS Card.
Royal Horticultural Society qualifications.

Responsibilities of our Grounds Maintenance Operative

Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for grass cutting, leaf blowing, strimming and associated grounds maintenance tasks.
You will also carry out general planting tasks, shrubs, trees etc.
You will deliver great services to a high standard.
