Description

We are a two Framework Approved Nursing Agency and are looking for a Payroll/Admin Assistant to join our Payroll Team based in our Preston office.

Working alongside the Payroll Manager you'll be assisting with all aspects of the weekly payroll. Accuracy is a must in a role like this. You will need to be approachable, helpful and understanding as you will be handling payroll queries.

Duties, Assisting with the processing and administration of the weekly payroll

  • Data entry and processing of timesheets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external staff to facilitate a smooth running of the weekly payroll
  • Process new starters, leavers, transfers amendments and pensions.
  • Managing changes to staff details and keeping portal records up to date.
  • Assist with weekly invoicing/remittances.
  • Managing client self billing systems
  • Assist with invoicing disputes and queries
  • Assist with the chasing of unpaid invoices
  • Any other ad hoc duties to support the finance team
Full training will be provided.


The Requirements:


  • Experience within a similar role would be desirable
  • Computer literate with strong Microsoft excel skills
  • Selfmotivated with a good attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management as you will need to work to strict deadlines.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
From £19,000.00 per year
