McCabe and Barton are pleased to be offering a non-functional test lead opportunity with a prestigious clearing and trading house in London.

The role will manage the non-functional testing team to organise and co-ordinate testing, ensure visibility and traceabilityof the test process and drive forward continuous improvement of a high standard test function.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall Test Strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group IT and Business strategies
Outline and enforce standards and best practice for testing, ensuring that test activities are performed to the highest standards
Develop, adopt, promote and refine new ways of working for continuous improvement whilst implementing aspects of performance engineering into the NFT service
Manage the test team in preparing and executing performance and reliability testing, project testing and endtoend integrated phases
Work with third party suppliers and NFT service providers and challenge that their own acceptance testing is performed in line with the standards required
Own the endtoend Non Functional test process, including requirements definition, load modelling and working with Business and IT stakeholders

Key Skills and experience:

10+ Years experience working and leading as a Nonfunctional Tester
Experience working with financial services preferably a trading environment
Knowledge of the following testing techniques + tools
Jira/Zephyr, Jmeter, Corvil, OP5, Athene, vShpere, ElasticSearch stack.
Demonstrable experience working within large scale technology implementation or change
Exposure to CI/CD tools or automation strategy would be of benefit
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
