Mimi's Bakehouse is a busy and fast-growing family business based in Edinburgh with six branches around the city. We are looking for a positive and hard-working person to join our Team at our Granton in the bakery.


Working in our busy kitchen you will play a pivotal role in ensuring dishes and equipment are cleaned to the highest standard in an often time-pressured environment over busy weekend days.

The following are minimum requirements for the position

  • Working 4/5 days per week.
  • An excellent command of the English language
  • The ability to remain organised and calm under pressure.
  • Having a good eye for detail and cleanliness
  • Good time keeping skills
  • The ability to inspire others and work within a team.

Salary:
£8.00-£9.82 per hour
