I am currently working on a position offering the opportunity to work with a growing and successful, IT Service Company based in Derby.

As a Business
Analyst, you will support theService Account Management team and operational stakeholders in the business in analysing and forecasting failure rates, trends and market performance.


What is the job?

Analysis of Service Jobs, equipment trends, patterns in failure rates and performance
:


  • Take an active role in the preparation of
    business reports, financial and revenue forecasts:
  • You will use all available internal and external data sources to identify trends, gaps and opportunities to provide actionable insight to the business
  • Creation of service improvement plans to assist in reducing costs, reducing failures and increasing service levels
  • Provide support to the wider business in the use of Power BI and internal reporting

What are you like?

  • Ideally Degree educated
  • Strong analytical, skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient user of common analytical tools including Excel, Powerpoint, (and a bonus would be Power BI)
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to connect and explain linkage between drivers and outputs.
  • Ability to prioritise and to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail
