Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Practice Improvement Lead to work within Lambeth Council.


Job Purpose

  • To lead the improvement of learning from audits in Children's Social Care, driving performance across service areas.
  • To lead the improvement of child in need reviews, court work and permanency planning
  • To support the service in preparation for statutory reviews and inspections
  • Provide Council Executive and Committees, and corporate leaders, voluntary and community groups with relevant data, information and reports.
  • Collaborate with multiagency partners to improve practice and contribute to the maintenance and development of partnership arrangements
