Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacist to join an independent pharmacy group at their branch in Tranmere. You will work alongside an ACT Pharmacy Manager and a strong team of Dispensers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Pharmacist to kickstart their career in community pharmacy, or an experienced Pharmacist to make their mark in this pharmacy.

This position is offered on a full-time basis, working Monday - Friday (9am-6pm) and an optional Saturday (9am-1pm)

Essential Requirements
You will be a registered GPhC Pharmacist with recent experience of successfully working within a community pharmacy business.
Ideally MUR accreditation and ProScript experience.
Be well organised, approachable and have good communication skills.
Comfortable managing the interpersonal relationships and operational performance of a skilled team and making strategic decisions.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in the future.
Deadline and target driven.

Role Responsibilities

Be responsible for managing the team to provide clinical integrity through the adherence to company procedures, relevant legislation, and codes of ethics.

Ensure that efficiency and high levels of patient service are maintained at all times.
Demonstrate a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
Foster good working relationships with other healthcare professionals.
Be able to drive performance in line with business objectives.
Develop the team and service offering to meet and exceed expectations.

Salary and Package
Up to £25 per hour DOE
Full training provided and paid for
Performance related bonus
5 weeks holiday per annum plus bank holidays
Reimbursement of professional fees
