We are seeking a highly creative graphic designer/marketer to join our marketing team.
This role will suit a creative individual looking to develop existing skills and gain more exposure to a range of products and sectors within an established ambitious company.
Full job description
Website updates including the creation of website pages, CTAs, and forms, are also a part of this role, and you may be asked to get involved with other campaign activities as and when required, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are a must.
Responsibilities
- Design visual assets including graphics, infographics, and animations for social media, the website, and marketing campaigns
- Design presentations and sales materials
- Update the company website
- Create forms and CTAs
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
- Maintain and organise a library of design assets and templates for future use
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing
- Communicate with other departments when required
- Manage your workload based on communications with the marketing team
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs of digital assets
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and other graphic design tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of digital marketing principles
- Experience in using Website CMS e.g. WordPress
- Experience in using HubSpot (desirable, but not essential)
- Knowledge of video production and editing software (desirable, but not essential)
