What if we told you that the main aim of Civil Enforcement Officers (more fondly known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants) is to reduce pollution and ensure the safety of the local community? Our Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) play a key role in keeping both the roads and air clear too

Here's a few things you can expect from your job as a supervisor:

Managing a Team and Individual performance to meet contract targets and KPIs

Proactively review processes and
be responsible for implementing change when required to improve productivity, service levels and Customer and Client satisfaction

Work with other Team Leaders to ensure a quality service is provided on an ongoing basis

Provide constructive
feedback and coaching with detailed improvement plans for CEO's personal development.
Working with Operations Support Manager to drive own
personal development

Customer service experience would be useful but - most importantly - the ability to communicate confidently with people from all walks of life will ensure your success in this role.

You'll also find that being naturally organised and self-motivated will go a long way in making your days a bit easier.
