What you will be doing...

  • As our new Senior Product Owner, you'll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You'll be a really important part of improving our customers' holiday experience by helping us to make it easy to search and book, deliver our schedule on time and safely. You'll do this by helping to define product strategy, ideating and creating solutions while delivering operational and financial targets.

What you'll be doing:


  • You'll be helping to build product strategy to deliver the best experiences within your area.
  • You'll help lead multidisciplinary teams across the business.
  • You'll define problem statements, create and validate ideas and ship releases.
  • You'll own problems and outcomes, using data to track metrics.

What you'll need:


  • You'll work closely with counterparts in design, business analysis and software engineering to define solutions
  • You'll help facilitate problem solving by building a framework to create the best solutions
  • You'll keep everyone up to date on whether that's defining objective, prioritising and agreeing roadmaps.
