Billing Manager, London (Hybrid working, circa 1 day in the office)
£45-£50kpa plus benefits

Our client, an industry leader, have created a new role due to a period of sustained growth and exciting plans for this year and beyond.

This role will manage 2 direct reports and cover the Accounts Payable, Billing and Treasury areas.

The business enjoys ahealthy work life balance, with hybrid working on offer, circa 1 day a week in the office.


Key Duties:

  • Successfully manage the Billing and Accounts Payable team for the UK and Ireland (managing 2 direct reports).
  • Manage coordination with the central finance team to ensure accurate and timely processes for Accounts Payable and Billing workstreams.
  • Manage the treasury activities and cash reporting for the UK and Ireland businesses.
  • Carry out effective monitoring of the transactional processes to highlight financial control weaknesses.
  • Continually analyse current processes to identify ways to improve processes and financial control, either in the ERP system or manually.
  • Working closely with the financial control colleagues, ensure delivery of smooth and accurate month end reports and annual audit.
  • Ensure PDP's and clear objectives are given to each team member and are reviewed monthly in 1:1's.
