Role Summary


The Operations Support Specialist will provide support to the Rolls-Royce Technical Publications Customer Support team, ensuring that customers receive the technical publications they are entitled to and that accurate customer records are maintained.


Responsibilities

  • Manage customers access to Technical Publications based on subscriptions and expiries for CLE and CSME engines.
  • Maintain Corporate Care and Warranties spreadsheet to record accurate customer details regarding contract expiry dates and tech pubs data they are entitled to.
  • Review the weekly COI report and make any required updates to the Corporate Care and Warranties spreadsheet and Rolls-Royce Care subscriptions.
  • Respond to requests from the RR Technical Publications Subscriptions team to update data and expiry dates on Rolls-Royce Care and in TPOS (subscription management system) in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer queries relating to their subscriptions.
  • Provide support for Rolls-Royce Care Admin tasks.
  • Attendance at business meetings as required.
  • Understand and adhere to all requirements of the Quality Management System and the Information Security Management System.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Identify process improvements and cost saving measures, making recommendations appropriately.
  • Provide assistance and support to the ATP Delivery Support Team, Delivery Lead, and/or Project Manager and other Managers as required.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  • GCSE or equivalent qualification (Grade C or above) in Maths and English.
  • Previous working knowledge/experience of the aerospace industry preferred.
  • Able to take the initiative when required, demonstrating selfconfidence and resourcefulness.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective document management and organisational skills methodical and structured.
  • Good attention to detail, with ability to maintain group focus.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
