Description

Your Mission:

Your mission is to help Flow radically improve its ability to execute against ambitious goals.

Flow is already one of the most ambitious companies in Europe - we help the largest, most advanced rocket, nuclear and aerospace companies in the world.

Your mission is to scale our impact globally, helping us plan, allocate resources, hire, retain and operationalise the team.

In your first year, we'll be growing the team by 3x, raising our next major round of funding, scaling up operations in two countries, and becoming a global brand in systems engineering.

You will work closely with the CEO, to help turn his vision into a concrete gameplan, with buy-in across functions, and deliver against.

You will own Ops, Finance, Legal, People, and other functions as we're getting off the ground.

At Flow, we don't just see operations as a back-office function; we believe it's the heartbeat of our organisation, which glues together the CEO's vision to a real tangible plan with cross-functional alignment.

We are looking for a strategic do-er, who has seen teams scale successfully, is excited by getting their hands dirty, and wants to grow into a Head of Ops.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of leading a global movement in hardware. If you're excited about shaping the future - then this role is for you.

About Flow:

Flow is "Github for hardware".

We're helping the next generation of rocket, nuclear, and aerospace (hardware) companies bring agile design practices to design and iterate their products 100x faster than they can today.

When we return to the Moon, or make it to Mars - Flow will have been a small but critical part.

We're building a core design/test collaboration platform for the hardware engineering industry.

Flow helps Rockets, Cars, Aeroplanes and Nuclear reactors get to market years ahead of schedule and save billions in R&D costs.

Our mission is to bring agile software development philosophies (version control, CI/CD, pull/push, branching) to an industry desperate for a better solution.

Flow is loved by some of the fastest-moving hardware teams in the world. They are solving fundamental problems in space travel, energy, and air transportation.

You will get to learn about how these things are designed, as well as help build the modern playbook for the entire industry.

We've raised $8.5M in seed funding from EQT Ventures, BackedVC, and angel investors including leadership from Figma, Unity, SAP, and Microsoft.
