The Role


We are seeking a Part time Showroom Host / Receptionist to join Marshall Motor Group's Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Oxford.

This role will see you act as the face and voice of Jaguar Land Rover, greeting sales and service customers both face to face and by phone.

Reporting to the Head of Business, this role is offered on a part-time and permanent basis.

Monday - Friday 1:00am - 6:00pm

What experience do I need?


We are looking to speak to you if you have previous demonstrable experience within a customer interaction role within a professional environment (vehicle dealership experience preferred but not essential) and have intermediate IT skills.


For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus and strong organisation and time management skills.


What will I do on a daily basis?

  • Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member
  • Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team
  • Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required
