Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Team.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Bar Manager in the smooth running of the operation
  • Be involved in recruiting, building and training a team
  • Work alongside the team to create a fantastic guest experience
  • Support the manager with ordering & stock management
  • Open and close the business
  • Drive high standards across the business
  • Be responsible for health & safety and food safety alongside the manager

You will have:


  • Previous experience as a Team leader in a similar environment
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Eager to learn and develop your team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain focused
  • Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type:
Zero hours contract


Salary:
From £12.10 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Experience:


  • Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Personal Licence (preferred)
