Accounts/Finance Assistant

Robert Pinkus Property Management Ltd. is an established, Preston-based, commercial property management company which has been trading throughout the North West since 1978.
We are looking to recruit a Finance/Accounts Assistant to support our Commercial Property Management Team.

  • For Commercial Property Management Company
  • Reporting to Finance Manager and Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:


  • To create and post rent and service charge invoices.
  • To manage and input supplier invoices.
  • To prepare reports and reconciliation.
  • To support the property management team.
  • To assist with debtor reporting and reducing aged debts.
  • Produce client reports.
  • Produce tenant statements.

Ad hoc Key Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to work.
  • Fast learner.
  • A professional telephone manner.
  • Selfstarter.

Essential Software Experience:


  • Excellent computer skills (especially use of Excel).
  • Sage and other accounting software an advantage.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
