Accounts/Finance Assistant
Robert Pinkus Property Management Ltd. is an established, Preston-based, commercial property management company which has been trading throughout the North West since 1978.
We are looking to recruit a Finance/Accounts Assistant to support our Commercial Property Management Team.
- For Commercial Property Management Company
- Reporting to Finance Manager and Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- To create and post rent and service charge invoices.
- To manage and input supplier invoices.
- To prepare reports and reconciliation.
- To support the property management team.
- To assist with debtor reporting and reducing aged debts.
- Produce client reports.
- Produce tenant statements.
Ad hoc Key Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
- An adaptable and flexible approach to work.
- Fast learner.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Selfstarter.
Essential Software Experience:
- Excellent computer skills (especially use of Excel).
- Sage and other accounting software an advantage.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
