We have an exciting opportunity for our UK office - Business Operations Administrator. This part-time role, requiring 20-25 hours per week, is centred around Order Fulfilment, Logistics, and our Order-to-Invoice process.

As our Business Operations Administrator, you'll be the crucial player, handling and confirming all UK sales orders and facilitating direct shipping of products from our UK office to customers.

You'll be part of our Global Business Operations team, a diverse and friendly team with members located in various Tobii offices worldwide.

Curious about what your normal day looks like?

• Serving as the final step in the order processing journey: fulfilling, and billing orders that reach us through multiple purchasing paths
• Registering Tobii as a supplier in customer portals, often liaising with the procurement department on the customers' side
• Serving as a local point of contact for customers, carriers, and the Tobii sales team, ensuring effective communication to inquiries via phone and other channels
• Testing and updating eyetracking equipment prior to shipment, ensuring high level standards of Tobii products
• Shipping, tracking, and managing shipments back and forth from the Tobii Reading office to clients in the UK
• Leading the asset management tool (Cheqroom), safeguarding that the data is accurate and up to date
• Monitoring the sales inbox for purchase orders and assisting with customer enquiries

**To be successful in this role, we would love if you have: - Several years of experience in customer service of any capacity

• Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Experience in using ERP systems
• A proactive, resultoriented approach with a clear focus on customers
• Comfort in working independently and routinely, but also with an alertness of anything unusual. You will have ample opportunities to interact with customers, carriers, and other Tobiians
