Practical Responsibilities:
The
" Reactive and Small works Multi Trade Operative role" will encompass a range of tasks and be able to deliver each to a high standard:

Plumbing repairs such as bath leaks, toilet blockages, tap & waste installation, radiator remedials & trace and access


Electrical solutions (to include fault finding, sockets and light unit swap over etc, making safe)


Carpentry tasks such as re-hanging doors, fitting locks, security, flooring and skirting


Glazing Repairs - Both single
- and double-
glazing replacement (to include measuring), UPVC window & door repairs (to include hinges and mechanism replacement).


Guttering & Rainwater goods repairs/ installation
-
Handyman skills - such as picture hanging, fitting blinds/curtains

Possess the stamina required to carry out manual labour for this specific role while being safety conscious prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.

Previous Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Maintenance position, demonstrating your proficiency and knowledge in the field.

Tools:
Have a collection of tools that allow you to complete the role efficiently and to a high standard

Driving Licence:

Possess a valid UK driving license, enabling you to commute to various locations but generally starting each day from our Portsmouth location.

The Complete Property Group (South) Ltd provide a vehicle with this position.
