Job description - the role

Our client, Deutsche Bank, is a global banking business with strong roots in Germany and operations in over 70 countries.

Their large but focused footprint gives them an established position in Europe plus a significant presence in the Americas and Asia Pacific.

Deutsche Bank offer their clients commercial and investment banking, retail banking and transaction banking as well as ground-breaking asset and wealth management products and services.


On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a
HR Administrator to work in their
Talent And Development
team based in
Birmingham on a PAYE basis.


Overview:


The Talent and Development function exists to drive the transformation of the bank through talent and renewed rigour in all our people decisions.

We support employees to develop skills to help them excel in their role. You will be involved in co-ordination of learning and development programs planned globally. You will be working with internal trainers and external vendors for execution of the program. You will also be exposed to Learning Management system.


Key responsibilities:


  • Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely delivery of development programs
  • Work on Learning Management Systems
  • Create project related quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for senior stakeholders and provide regular updates
  • Support Global Talent and Development team in covering training related tasks e.g. vendor scheduling, logistics, budgeting, reporting
  • Work with multiple divisional, regional and global stakeholders to establish and maintain effective working relationships and execute delivery

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Good project management skills including the ability to prioritize key tasks and deliverables together with project leads


  • MS Office

  • Strong Excel skills and PowerPoint proficient
  • Numeracy and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data
  • Experience of working with learning management systems
  • Good communication, team working and collaboration skills
