KAM Systems is looking for an Operations Administration Assistant.
This is an opportunity to work in a unique business, with a highly skilled team who manufacture, supply & maintain Nursecall & Staff protection solutions across the world.
The Role
At an exciting time of growth, we are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic person to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Being first point of contact for the business, answering internal & external queries.
- Providing day to day administration in support of the Sales Director & Managing Director.
- Provide assistance to our offsite bookkeeper.
- Daily Invoicing & Purchase Orders
- Organise & fulfil shipments / collections
- Be responsible for Health & Safety record keeping
- Administer our Ecommerce division
- Nursecall Shop
- Maintaining external accreditations & policy management
Is this you?
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative, secretarial, or sales support role
- Ability to understand, follow, and improve internal policies and procedures
- Highly organised, thorough and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to plan and organise own workload
- Ability to work productively under own initiative and as part of a small team
- Enthusiastic and selfmotivated, with a cando attitude
- Good general knowledge of IT including Apple Mac systems
Salary is £11.50 -£12.50/hr dependant on experience
