KHR recruitment is working with a leading manufacturer in Edenbridge who are looking for a Project Coordinator. If you have great logístical skills and customer service skills, then this is the role for you

As a Project Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Process customer forecasts and maintain stock levels per the project contract
  • Process and confirm projectrelated customer orders on both the Customer Service (entry) and Logistics (exit) ends per internal work instructions, using the ERP (GLOVIA) system and customer portal
  • Periodically review the customer backlog and maintaining stock locations to accommodate changes, additions and deletions
  • Maintain and review customer scorecards, feedback to relevant departments
  • Receive goods and complete the bookingin process on the GLOVIA system and in accordance with company processes and procedures
  • Store and monitor component parts in bins according to assigned bin location
  • Complete cycle counts for the product lines related to the project
  • Dispose of all incoming packing materials in a safe and appropriate manner
  • Pack finished goods post Final Inspection and raise all necessary despatch paperwork in accordance with company processes and procedures via the GLOVIA business systems and work instructions
  • Maintain shipping logs to ensure all goods are dispatched on the due date
  • Take part in the development of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) and training materials
  • Supporting both the Customer service and logistics departments with other administrative, GLOVIA data entry tasks and report generations as requested
  • Other duties that may be designated for the needs of the business
  • Related experience or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to operate pallet jack (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent proven B2B customer service skills
  • Computer literacy, including MS Excel (advanced), ability to learn new software as required
  • Experience with PowerBI (desirable, but training will be given)
