    Personal Assistant to CEO

    The core hours are 9 – 6pm - 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.

    What would I be doing day to day?

    Supporting the CEO with a busy diary, lots of domestic and international travel (including visas), meetings management. The approach that you will have to work should be efficient, outcome orientated and what works best with the ebbs and flows of the CEO's day to day. You will need to be hyper organised, very discrete, solutions focused.

    Qualifications: Confident user knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word and SAGE. Experience of organising international travel across different time zones.

    Availability: Immediately available or 4 weeks notice maximum please
