    We are looking for an inspiring leader to join our team as Chair.

    This is a unique opportunity to lead and support a committed group of individuals working together towards a common goal. Our team enhances life skills through horse riding, offering equine education in a safe and supportive environment that engages and empowers young people, developing wider life skills, emotional resilience and positive wellbeing.


    • Safeguarding the mission by ensuring we remain focused on providing exceptional services to our community.
    • Providing strategic direction to ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization.
    • Representing us externally as spokesperson and ambassador, promoting our values and achievements within the equine community.
    • Leading quarterly meetings with trustees, facilitating discussion, decision-making processes > steering board decisions driving progress toward goals set out in annual plans made up from forward-thinking ideas which focus on improving services overall!
