Like the variety of Practice but it is starting to feel robotic?

The company we are recruiting for is like a breath of fresh air and have done away with the parts that can make the job a drain.

Firstly, there are no timesheets.
No recording of time and no budgets on jobs.

Second, they have no fixed office so you can work from home as much as you like.

Which leads us onto number three

You have your own workload for the week.
How and when you complete it is up to you.

This is one of the newest firms of Accountants in Northamptonshire and they are expanding rapidly.

They have two roles here, a Semi-Senior Accountant and a Senior Accountant.

You'll have your own portfolio of clients with full contact and be trusted to manage and look after them.
There is no micro-management here.

And unlike some similar firms of Accountants, they have some big clients.
This won't be the small stuff; they have some companies that are well over £10M t/o.
