Calling all fluent Polish speakers with some transferable skills in Sales to work in Newcastle

Due to continued growth & client demand, Frank Recruitment Group is hiring hardworking, ambitious, financially motivated Polish-speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding worldwide award-winning business


You will be involved in the full cycle of exciting technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate, and close offers for mid to senior-level specialist cloud IT professionals.

Previous Recruitment experience (any market) is desirable but any transferable commercial skills within sales/business development/corporate office culture will be considered As long as you have full professional-level fluency in Polish and English

You will follow a clear career development plan to progress to rewarding senior/leadership levels, complemented by several luxury target-based incentives such as Uncapped Commission, Lunch Club & international trips

FRG Requirements?

  • Complete professionallevel fluency in Polish (written, reading, and spoken skills)
  • Targetdriven, resilient, positive mindset, interested in progressing in the sales/recruitment industry
  • Prior Recruitment/Sales/Commercial business experience (IT background is NOT required)
