Client Details
Our client conduct the logistics distribution and supply chain for a wide variety of customers across the UK. This position is based in their Birmingham depot, but you will also work closely with depots around the UK. They operate a time sensitive operation.

Description

The Transport Shift Manager is responsible for:

Management of 50 drivers
Conducting absence reviews and disciplinary
Ensure the drivers are compliant
Oversee the routes planned
Resolve any conflict within the transport division
Improve the SLAs and implement SOPs

Profile

The successful Transport Shift Manager must have:

Experience managing a large number of drivers
Previously conducted disciplinaries, return to work
Strong understanding of transport compliance
Confident managing a team and ensure SLAs are adhered to
Happy for a criminal record and credit check to be conducted
Commutable to Coleshill

Job Offer
Transport Shift Manager

Salary of £35,000

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Monday to Friday with 1 n 4 weekends

Rotational shift of 05:30 - 13:00 and 12:00 - 20:00
