Description

We are currently seeking experienced Power Press Setter/ Operator to join a long standing, automotive component manufacturer based in Birmingham.

As a PowerPress Setter/Operator you will be required to;
- set and Operate Power Presses from 50T to over 500T
- carry out regular maintenance on machines and tools
- use FLT or Overhead Cranes to safely manoever tools around the shop floor
- operate and manufacture pressed components
- inspect the quality of pressed components
- report any damage to machinery, materials or tools to supervisors.
- maintain a safe and tidy working environment

Shifts are rotating 6am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm monday to friday.

Rate of pay starts at £12.50 per hour and can increase after a permanent contract. A permanent contract can be offered after 12 worked agency weeks.
