Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator in Solihull to join a Financial Planning firm.

The firm is a Chartered Financial Advice firm that provides a high level of technical financial planning, they provide specialist advice to individuals in areas such as savings and investments retirement planning, inheritance tax planning, and insurance/protection.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Updating the CRM and ensuring this is compliant at all times.
  • Processing new business
  • Assist with quotations and illustrations
  • Point of contact for client enquiries
  • Use of intelligent office to perform backoffice duties.
  • Packs and portfolio reports for client meetings

Skills and experience required:


  • Minimum 1 year experience within financial planning administration
  • Attention to detail
  • Great organisation skills
